Job summary

Insure National in the United States is seeking an experienced Total Loss Adjuster to manage auto claims from initial evaluation through settlement, titling, and final resolution. This onsite role covers Coppell, TX and Los Angeles, CA in the DFW/LA market.

You will evaluate damage and valuations, negotiate settlements, process payments, and complete title/DMV transactions while maintaining compliant claim documentation and coordinating with owners, lienholders, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of claims experience preferred.
• Independent Adjuster License or ability to obtain it.
• Strong communication, organization, critical thinking, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage total loss claims from evaluation through settlement and resolution.
• Review valuations, coverage, and documentation to ensure accurate claim outcomes.
• Negotiate settlements and process timely, accurate payments.

• Maintain accurate claim records and documentation in required systems.
• Support reporting, audits, process improvement initiatives, and team development as needed.

Compensation: $30 - $35/hour

About the Role:

As a Total Loss Adjuster, you'll manage all aspects of total loss claims, including evaluating damage, confirming total loss determinations, negotiating settlements, processing payments, and completing title transactions. You'll maintain accurate claim documentation, resolve titling issues, and ensure files meet company and regulatory requirements.

Your Responsibilities:

• Manage total loss claims from evaluation through settlement and resolution

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of claims experience preferred
• Auto/insurance experience preferred, but not required
• Independent Adjuster License or ability to obtain and maintain required state licensing
• Strong communication, organization, critical thinking, and customer service skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple claims while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
• Moderate proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office systems
• Strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and ability to work independently
