Cullerton Group in Franklin, WI is seeking a Staff Engineer to lead the Torque Tool Strategy, guiding the deployment and long-term support of torque tool systems across manufacturing operations.

The role requires strategic leadership to integrate torque solutions with MES and ERP platforms, and to develop standards for programming, calibration, and maintenance while partnering with cross-functional teams to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of manufacturing/process engineering experience.
• Experience in high-volume, high-mix, or semi-automated manufacturing.
• Strong manufacturing systems, project leadership, and continuous improvement experience.
• Lean Six Sigma certification.
• Master’s degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead torque tool specification, programming, installation, validation, and sustainment.
• Implement torque-monitored fastening systems and controllers.
• Integrate torque systems with MES and ERP platforms.
• Develop programming, calibration, maintenance, and manufacturing standards.
• Partner with Manufacturing, Quality, Operations, Maintenance, and IT/IoT teams.
