Polaris Inc. is seeking a Torque Specialist to monitor and audit torque applications on our production line in Minnesota. The role requires hands-on experience with DC torque tools, data analysis, and collaboration with IS and controls engineering to integrate tools into network systems.

You will perform daily torque audits, maintain tool labeling and inventory, and support continuous improvement while adhering to safety guidelines. This position offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, AA in technical field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years manufacturing experience.
• Experience with DC torque tools and powersports products.
• Strong computer troubleshooting and MS Office skills.
• Ability to interpret assembly prints and GD&T.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and audit torque applications and tools on the production line.
• Perform daily torque audits and maintain labeling.
• Collaborate with IS and controls engineering to integrate tools into network systems.
• Review torque results and address out-of-spec conditions.
• Maintain tool inventory and database records.
• Train operators on tool usage and safety.
• Communicate with tool suppliers and support improvement.
• Adhere to safety rules and keep a clean work area.
