Job summary
Cullerton Group in Franklin, WI is seeking an experienced Staff Engineer – Torque Tool Strategy to lead the strategy, deployment, integration, and long‑term support of torque tool systems across manufacturing operations.
You will drive torque tool specification, programming, installation, validation, and sustainment; implement torque‑monitored fastening systems; and ensure seamless integration with MES and ERP platforms while collaborating with Manufacturing, Quality, Operations, Maintenance,
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent relevant experience.
- 8+ years of manufacturing/process engineering experience.
- Experience in high-volume, high-mix, or semi-automated manufacturing.
- Strong manufacturing systems, project leadership, and continuous improvement experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead torque tool specification, programming, installation, validation, and sustainment
- Implement torque-monitored fastening systems and controllers
- Integrate torque systems with MES and ERP platforms
- Develop programming, calibration, maintenance, and manufacturing standards
- Partner with Manufacturing, Quality, Operations, Maintenance, and IT/IoT teams
