Job summary

Mountz Torque, now part of Snap-on Tools, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to build strong customer relationships across the Midwest region. This remote-friendly role requires travel up to 50% and a proven sales record in technical/mechanical products.

You will leverage CRM tools, drive strategic plans, and collaborate with marketing and applications teams to grow accounts and capture new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Sales, Business Administration, Engineering, or relevant field.
• 5–7 years of regional/territory sales experience.
• Experience with technical and mechanical products (DC tool experience a plus).
• Experience using a modern CRM (Salesforce, Netsuite, or HubSpot).
• Remote selling using Microsoft Office and Zoom.

Responsibilities

• Strategically drive account sales by developing business plans.
• Reach out to new and current account contacts to meet sales goals.
• Build knowledge of manufacturing, productivity, and tooling trends.
• Interface with customers to understand objectives and requirements.
• Collaborate with marketing/demand generation to reach potential customers.
• Travel up to 50% as needed.
