Job summary

You will configure Atlas Copco Power Focus and MicroTorque, troubleshoot hardware, train technicians, and ensure tooling reliability, while solving mechanical and electrical issues in a fast-paced environment. The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs and strict safety adherence.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years in precision manufacturing (aerospace/auto/electronics).
• Hands-on setup and troubleshooting of Atlas Copco systems.
• Authorized to work in the United States; able to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, mount, wire, and integrate Atlas Copco controllers and tooling hardware.
• Configure Atlas Copco Power Focus and MicroTorque systems.
• Diagnose line issues, troubleshoot tightening failures, optimize programs.
• Analyze tightening curves to identify torque anomalies and cross-threading.
• Train technicians on proper handling and safety of smart tools.
• Maintain tooling health and calibration records to minimize downtime.
