Job summary

Ryze Superfoods LLC is seeking a Creator Partnerships & Growth Manager to accelerate TikTok Shop revenue through top-tier creators. This remote, USA-based role focuses on GMV, impressions, and retention, with ownership of the deal pipeline from recruitment to execution.

You will negotiate, structure ROI-driven contracts, deliver regular performance reporting, and collaborate with Marketing, Brand, and Legal to scale high-impact partnerships. Travel occasional as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in influencer marketing or partnerships with revenue/impressions ownership.
• Experience negotiating creator contracts and building ROI-based business cases.
• Strong understanding of TikTok Shop commission structures and performance models.
• Comfortable drafting contracts and handling compliance discussions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; highly organized and travel-ready.

Responsibilities

• Own Creator Recruitment, Activation & Funnel from high-potential creators to signed partners.
• Grow top-tier creator roster to 100+ producers focusing on GMV, impressions and brand fit.
• Negotiate commission structures, retainers, exclusivity terms and usage rights.
• Draft and maintain partnership contracts; manage budget allocation and ROI tracking.
• Deliver regular performance reporting; identify scaling opportunities and risks.
• Provide high-touch creator support including shipments, approvals, and calendar coordination.
