Job summary

RYZE is seeking a Creator Partnerships & Growth Manager to drive revenue on TikTok Shop with our top-tier creators. You will own GMV, impressions, and retention, negotiating deals, and applying data-driven insights to scale investments and performance.

Responsibilities include recruiting, activating, and nurturing a 100+ creator roster, structuring deals, and delivering regular performance reporting. Expect high-touch service, cross-functional collaboration, and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in influencer marketing, talent management, or partnerships.
• Experience negotiating creator or talent contracts with ROI in mind.
• Familiarity with TikTok Shop commission structures and ROI models.
• Ability to draft or review contracts and handle compliance discussions.
• Strong written and verbal communication for executive-facing relations.

Responsibilities

• Build and own a creator pipeline from high-potential TikTok Shop partnerships.
• Negotiate commission structures, retainers, exclusivity, and rights.
• Own budget allocation across top-tier partnerships and track ROI.
• Deliver regular performance reporting on what works and scale opportunities.
• Provide high-touch creator experience with logistics and support.
• Represent RYZE at events and align strategy with marketing and PR.
