RyZE Superfoods LLC is seeking a TikTok Shop / Organic Creative Strategist to join our Performance team, focusing on viral organic content and affiliate conversion for TikTok Shop. You will craft concepts, briefs, and scripts across branded and non-branded accounts, driving watch time, engagement, and GMV through fast, data-informed creative direction.

2+ years writing or strategizing TikTok content with a portfolio showing trend adaptation.
Proven track record of contributing to viral or high-performing TikTok content for a brand or creator.
Strong scriptwriting ability: hooks, narrative arc, and native TikTok CTAs.

Responsibilities

Organic Content Strategy & Trend Adaptation: monitor trends, adapt for RYZE, develop strategies for multiple accounts.
Write concepts and scripts for organic TikTok videos with hooks, narrative, and CTAs.
Identify formats and content angles that outperform on TikTok and build repeatable playbooks.
