Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Leader to support store leadership and deliver Legendary Service. You will coach Team Members and own key selling areas like Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps, clothing recovery, and assigned BOPIS/OMNI support based on store needs.

In this role you will lead shifts, train Team Members with A+ Coaching, and uphold safety standards while maintaining strong customer engagement and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Retail experience and/or supervisory experience are preferred.
• Must be able to read, write, and count accurately.
• Basic computer skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular attendance and work varied shifts and overtime as needed.
• Deliver Legendary Service and coach Team Members for strong selling behaviors.
• Own Power Panel, Clipstrip, Endcap execution and recovery.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI execution and customer handoffs as assigned.
• Lead Team Members during shifts and ensure safety and policy compliance.
