Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Leader to support Store leadership, deliver Legendary Service, and coach Team Members across assigned sales-floor areas. The role emphasizes owning Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps, and clothing recovery, while supporting BOPIS/OMNI tasks as needed.

In this position, you will be a top-selling Team Member with responsibility for day-to-day coaching, shift leadership, and ensuring safe, productive store operations.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Legendary Service and coach Team Members to improve selling behaviours.
• Own Power Panel, Clipstrip, Endcap execution and recovery.
• Lead assigned Team Members during shifts and delegate tasks responsibly.
• Support front-end, sales-floor, recovery, and Customer engagement routines.
• Operate cash register and assist customers with loading purchases.
