Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Leader to support store leadership by delivering Legendary Service and coaching Team Members. You will own Power Panel, Clipstrip, Endcap, and Clothing recovery, and support BOPIS/OMNI execution to drive store performance.

The role emphasizes leading shifts, training staff, and maintaining high standards of customer engagement while working in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge are strongly preferred.
• Supervisory experience is preferred; must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license.
• Basic computer skills and ability to read, write, and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Support Store leadership and deliver Legendary Service.
• Coach Team Members and own assigned sales-floor areas (Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps, Clothing recovery).
• Assist with BOPIS/OMNI execution and front-end recovery as assigned.
