Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a Team Leader to support store leadership, coach Team Members, and own assigned sales-floor presentation areas in Tennessee. You will help deliver Legendary Service, lead shift teams, and ensure Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps, and clothing recovery are properly maintained.

Ideal candidates have retail experience, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work varied hours, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or related field is preferred.
• Ability to coach Team Members and lead by example.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned Team Members during shifts and delegate tasks.
• Deliver Legendary Service and engage customers to reinforce brand standards.
• Own store presentation areas, including Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps, and clothing recovery.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI execution and ensure proper store recovery.
