Job summary

Tractor Supply Company in the United States is seeking a Team Leader who will support Store leadership, coach Team Members, and own key sales-floor presentation areas including Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps, and clothing recovery. You’ll drive Legendary Service and help deliver a productive, customer-focused store environment.

As a top-selling Team Member, you’ll lead shifts, train teammates, and ensure omni-channel support such as BOPIS is executed smoothly, while upholding safety and store

Qualifications

• Experience in retail and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver's license.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts including varied hours, days, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Uphold a safe and productive work environment by following policies and procedures.
• Deliver Legendary Service and reinforce brand behaviors through customer engagement and coaching.
• Lead assigned Team Members during shifts, including task delegation and follow-up.
• Own Power Panel, Clipstrip, Endcap execution, maintenance, replenishment, signing, and recovery.
• Own Clothing Department recovery, including standards and follow-up.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI execution.
• Provide training and follow-up with Team Members during assigned shifts.
