Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Leader to support store leadership, coach team members, and own assigned sales-floor areas such as Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps, and clothing recovery. You will drive Legendary Service while managing shifts and ensuring safety and policy compliance throughout the store.

The role requires retail or related supervisory experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work varied hours including weekends.

Qualifications

• Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts with varied hours, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Uphold a safe, productive work environment by following policies and procedures.
• Deliver Legendary Service and coach team members on selling behaviors and standards.
• Own Power Panel, Clipstrip, and Endcap execution, maintenance, and recovery.
• Lead assigned team members during shifts and delegate tasks accordingly.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI execution and customer handoffs as assigned.
• Operate cash register and loading assistance; complete documentation accurately.
