Job summary

Tractor Supply Company in Jasper, TN seeks a Team Leader to support store leadership, deliver Legendary Service, coach Team Members, and own key sales-floor presentation areas such as Power Panels, Clipstrips, and Endcaps.

In this role you will lead assigned Team Members during shifts, ensure clothing recovery and BOPIS/OMNI execution, and help maintain safe, productive store operations. The ideal candidate has retail experience, some supervisory background, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to read, write, and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Lead shifts and coach Team Members.
• Own Power Panel execution, maintenance, replenishment, signing, and recovery.
• Own Clipstrip execution, maintenance, replenishment, signing, and recovery.
• Own Endcap execution, maintenance, signing, and recovery.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI execution, including picking, staging, and handoff to customers.
