Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Leader to support Store leadership, deliver Legendary Service, coach Team Members, and own sales-floor presentation areas. The role emphasizes ownership of Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps, Clothing recovery, and BOPIS/OMNI support as needed by store size and needs.

Ideal candidates have retail experience with supervisory background, read/write/count skills, and a commitment to safety and teamwork. A high school diploma is preferred.

Qualifications

• Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied hours including nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Deliver Legendary Service and coaching to Team Members.
• Own Power Panel, Clipstrip, Endcap execution, and recovery.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI execution and customer handoff as needed.
