Job summary

Seamless Migration seeks a career- and customer-oriented ServiceNow Developer to join our Tampa team. You will administer the IT Asset Management suite, focusing on SAM Pro and HAM, and manage the full asset lifecycle from procurement to retirement.

Responsibilities include licensing reconciliation, data governance, and building dashboards to track asset positions and license compliance for stakeholders. DoD 8570 IAT II clearance is required to start.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience administering ServiceNow IT Asset Management (ITAM) in an enterprise environment.
• Experience managing hardware and software asset lifecycles and license compliance.
• Ability to develop dashboards and reports for asset positions and license status.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and maintain the ITAM suite with emphasis on SAM Pro and HAM.
• Manage full IT asset lifecycle from request to disposal and maintain asset records.
• Support license compliance reviews and prepare reports for stakeholders.
