Job summary

Seamless Migration is seeking a career- and customer-oriented ServiceNow ITAM Developer to join our team. This role is 100% Remote.

You will configure HAM Pro and SAM Pro, maintain CMDB data quality, and integrate ServiceNow with procurement, finance, MDM, and endpoint tools via IntegrationHub and REST APIs. Build workflows with Flow Designer and write server- and client-side scripts. 3–5 years of ServiceNow development with ITAM focus is expected.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience, including at least 2 years focused on ITAM.
• Working knowledge of HAM Pro, SAM Pro, and the CMDB data model.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, and REST/SOAP integrations.
• Understanding of software licensing models (per-device, per-user, subscription, core-based).
• Experience with Agile delivery and update set / source control practices.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize HAM Pro and SAM Pro, including asset lifecycle stages, stockrooms, and model and publisher normalization.
• Build and maintain software entitlements, license reconciliation, and publisher pack configurations (e.g., Microsoft, Adobe, Oracle).
• Maintain CMDB data quality using Discovery, Service Graph Connectors, IRE rules, and CMDB Health dashboards.
• Integrate ServiceNow with procurement, finance, MDM, and endpoint tools through IntegrationHub and REST APIs.
• Develop workflows for asset requests, refresh, retirement, and disposal using Flow Designer.
• Write server- and client-side scripts (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies).
• Build reports and dashboards on asset utilization, compliance position, and cost savings.
• Work with asset managers, procurement, and IT operations to gather requirements and turn them into user stories.

What you bring

• Familiarity with ITIL 4 and IAITAM practices
