Job summary

Absolute Business Solutions Corp seeks a ServiceNow SAM Developer to support the Air Force National Capital Region IT Services-2 program. You’ll modernize ITSM capabilities, manage SAM/HAM assets, and build scalable workflows with ServiceNow, IntegrationsHub, and API-based integrations.

The role requires expertise in ITAM, SAM, and ITOM, with strong collaboration across IT, asset managers, and government stakeholders. On-site work in Camp Springs, MD is required and a 12–18 month term is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience or Master's degree with 6+ years, in related fields.
• Strong proficiency in ServiceNow ITSM/ITAM, SAM and HAM.
• Experience with enterprise IT integrations and governance.

Responsibilities

• Build, configure, and maintain ServiceNow SAM Pro, SAM/HAM, and related integrations.
• Develop software entitlement models, license metrics, and automated reconciliation.
• Design end-to-end software asset lifecycle automation and approvals.
• Develop and deploy ServiceNow workflows, scripts, and UI components.
• Integrate data via REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub, and APIs.
• Collaborate with IT Asset Managers and Government stakeholders to translate requirements.
