Job summary

RTX in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Security Professional for the Special Programs team. The role involves industrial security in a classified environment, focusing on Personnel Security and managing security access for personnel on a DoD program.

The candidate must hold an active Top-Secret clearance and be capable of working onsite on the 2nd shift. Extensive knowledge of NISPOM and DoD security standards is required, with benefits including medical and retirement options.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience, plus less than 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with NISPOM, DoDM 5205.07, and/or ICD 705.
• Experience with Microsoft products.

Responsibilities

• Provide industrial security in a classified environment for personnel processing, media control, marking and control of documents/materials, security education, visitor control, and destruction of classified material.
• Support procedures for transmission of classified materials; participate in government inspections; investigate security incidents and report risks.
• Focus on Personnel Security tasks and manage security access/tracking for program personnel.
