Job summary

RTX is seeking an Onsite Security Compliance professional in the United States (Arizona/Tucson area) with DoD Top Secret clearance to ensure adherence to ICDs, NISPOM and related guidance. The role develops security plans, SOPs, and conducts education programs while coordinating internal inspections and government inspections.

The candidate will manage security administration, travel up to 10% domestically, and support accreditation for SAPFs/SCIFs in line with ICD 705.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience with limited prior relevant experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Experience with NISPOM, DoDM 5205.07, and ICD 705.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring compliance with ICDs, DoD 5205.07, NISPOM and other security guidance.
• Developing, updating, and administering security plans and SOPs.
• Creating and delivering security education and training programs.
• Conducting internal self-inspections and implementing corrective actions.
• Managing program security administrative functions and security-related processes.
