Job summary

Raytheon on-site in Tucson, AZ, seeks a Security professional focused on Personnel Security (PERSEC) within a DoD/NISPOM context. The role requires a Top-Secret clearance, ability to obtain/transfer clearance, and experience with ICD-705 and DoDM 5205.07.

The position is 2nd shift, with on-site work at the Tucson facility and strict compliance expectations. Responsibilities include processing security clearances, safeguarding classified information, and coordinating with government inspections.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and less than 2 years prior relevant experience.
• Experience with NISPOM, DoDM 5205.07 and/or ICD 705.
• Experience with Microsoft Products.
• Active and transferable Top-Secret clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide industrial security in a classified environment for personnel processing, media control, marking and control of documents/materials, security education, visitor control, and destruction of classified material.
• Support procedures for transmitting classified and/or proprietary material. Conduct internal reviews and Government inspections. Investigate security infractions and prepare risk reports. Maintain personnel records and data entry.
