Job summary

Prattwhitney is looking for a Sr Analyst, Security in Tucson, Arizona. The ideal candidate will administer security procedures in a classified environment, develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures, and conduct internal reviews and inspections.

Position: Sr Analyst, Security

Role Type: Onsite – U.S. Citizen, U.S. Person, or immigration status with an active DoD Top Secret Clearance required prior to the start date.

Responsibilities
  • Administer security procedures under NISPOM, DoDM 5205.07, ICD 705, and JSIG in a classified environment (personnel processing, media control, marking and control of documents/materials, security education, visitor control, destruction of classified).
  • Develop, prepare, and implement local Standard Operating Procedures, Operations Security (OPSEC) Plans, and proprietary test plans using risk‑management principles.
  • Support the testing, shipment, and storage of classified materials.
  • Implement a media control program in accordance with JSIG requirements.
  • Provide security oversight and management to subcontractors and suppliers via a DD Form254 or other contractual methods.
  • Maintain a secure facility in accordance with ICD705.
  • Conduct or participate in internal reviews and government inspections.
  • Investigate security infractions/violations and prepare reports specifying potential loss or compromise and associated risk to the program(s).
  • Collaborate and assist the ISSO/ISSM with the implementation of JSIG requirements.
Qualifications
  • A university degree (or equivalent experience) and at least 2 years of prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field.
  • Experience with NISPOM, DoDM5205.07, and ICD705.
  • Experience with Microsoft products.
  • Advanced Degree in Business Management, Security/Risk Management, Government Policy, Information Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field is preferred.
  • Possession of a final TS/SCI security clearance with an investigation not older than 6 years on the first day of employment.
  • At least 6 years of National Security experience preferred.
  • Related training with DCSA, CDSE, including the Security Fundamentals Professional Certification (SFPC).
