Job summary

Raytheon seeks a Sr Analyst, Security to join the Special Programs Security team at the Tucson, AZ site. You will administer classified security programs per NISPOM, DoDM 5205.07, ICD 705 and JSIG, coordinating with ISSO/ISSM and subcontractors to protect sensitive information.

The role requires active DoD Top Secret clearance, US citizenship, and the ability to work onsite. You will develop SOPs, support inspections, and ensure secure facilities in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field.
• Experience with conducting or supporting security audits, inspections, or internal reviews in compliance with NISPOM, DoDM 5205.07, and/or ICD 705.
• Experience with Microsoft Products.

Responsibilities

• Administer security procedures (NISPOM, DoDM 5205.07, ICD 705, JSIG) for operating in a classified environment.
• Develop, prepare, and implement SOPs, OPSEC plans, and test plans using risk management principles.
• Support testing, shipment, and storage of classified materials.
• Implement a media control program in accordance with JSIG requirements.
• Provide security oversight to subcontractors and suppliers via DD Form 254 or other methods.
• Maintain a secure facility in accordance with ICD 705.
• Conduct internal reviews and Government inspections.
• Investigate security incidents and assess risk to programs.
• Collaborate with ISSO/ISSM on JSIG implementation.
• A valid driver’s license is required for on-site escorts.
