Job summary

RTX in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Security Analyst for the Special Access Program (SAP) Security team, onsite. Active DoD Top Secret clearance is required on day one, with responsibilities including PAR processing, badge issuance, and regulatory compliance.

You will maintain security databases, update documentation, and coordinate with government agencies. The role emphasizes protecting personnel information and handling classified materials in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Requires a university degree or equivalent experience with limited prior relevant experience.
• Experience with security regulations including NISPOM, DoDM5205.07 and ICD705 is preferred.
• Experience in customer service, data entry or database management is expected.

Responsibilities

• Process Program Access Requests (PAR) and report to the customer.
• Maintain SAP access database and manage badges and courier logistics.
• Update security docs in customer databases and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Review procedures and coordinate with government agencies for rulings.
• Protect personnel data in line with the Privacy Act and regulations.
• Provide customer service to employees on personnel security matters.
• Administer security procedures (NISPOM, DoD 5205.07, ICD705, JSIG) for classified work.
• Assist in security reviews and inspections and document findings.
