Job summary

RTX in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Sr Analyst, Security to join the Special Programs Security team onsite. You will administer security procedures, develop SOPs, and support handling of classified materials.

The role requires a university degree or equivalent, DoD Top Secret clearance, and experience with NISPOM, DoDM 5205.07, and JSIG. Collaboration with ISSO/ISSM and participating in inspections are key aspects.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience with 2+ years in security
• Experience conducting or supporting security audits, inspections, or internal reviews per NISPOM/DoDM 5205.07/ICD 705
• Experience with Microsoft Office products
• Preference for national security or related field experience
• Experience collaborating with ISSO/ISSM to improve JSIG compliance
• Training with DCSA and/or CDSE incl. SFPC or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Administer security procedures per NISPOM/DoDM 5205.07/ICD 705/JSIG for personnel, media, marking and destruction of classified materials
• Develop and implement SOPs and OPSEC Plans using risk management principles
• Support testing, shipment, and storage of classified materials
• Implement media control program per JSIG requirements
• Provide security oversight to subcontractors via DD Form 254 or other methods
• Maintain a secure facility in line with ICD 705
• Conduct internal reviews and government inspections
• Investigate security infractions and report risks to programs
• Collaborate with ISSO/ISSM on JSIG implementation
• Role is onsite at Tucson, AZ locations with possible escort duties
