Job summary

Probity Inc. is seeking a senior project manager to lead an Agile development team and coordinate software development activities for structured and unstructured data search, AI-powered analytics, and cloud-based services.

The role involves sprint planning, weekly reporting, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration with Sponsor security and operations teams. The ideal candidate will have on-the-job experience with Jira, enterprise project management, and accreditation processes

Qualifications

• 1. Demonstrated on-the-job experience leading an Agile development team.
• 2. Demonstrated on-the-job experience with senior level customers for status updates and prioritization.
• 3. Demonstrated on-the-job knowledge and experience with using Jira for managing backlogs, portfolios, products, and sprints.
• 4. Demonstrated on-the-job experience putting together sprint plans.
• 5. Demonstrated on-the-job experience putting together weekly reports.
• 6. Demonstrated on-the-job ability to monitor the progress of multiple concurrent and highly visible projects and requirements with the ability to recommend or take required corrective actions; to perform risk identification and management; and to communicate effectively with the customer, stakeholder, and project team.
• 7. Demonstrated on-the-job communication skills and ability to articulate complex resource and technical issues to a range of audiences.
• 8. Demonstrated on-the-job knowledge and experience with leading and managing enterprise level projects that have a multi-disciplinary cross-organizational project team from start to end using the Sponsor’s PMF and Agile Project Management methodology.
• 9. Demonstrated on-the-job knowledge and experience with managing multiple concurrent projects, short deadlines, and competing priorities.
• 10. Demonstrated on-the-job knowledge and experience identifying programmatic challenges, risks, and constraints coupled with a strong ability to convey well-thought mitigation strategies.
• 11. Demonstrated on-the-job knowledge and experience managing a project through the accreditation process using ICD-503 and receive ATO.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage Agile development processes.
• Coordinate with Sponsor teams for data-driven project execution.
• Maintain Jira tickets and dashboards to track progress.
• Prepare sprint plans and weekly status reports.
• Support accreditation and security requirements for program milestones.
