Job summary

Probity seeks an experienced project manager with strong software development background and an active Top Secret/SCI clearance with polygraph. The role focuses on enabling secure search across structured and unstructured data, leading Lean Agile teams, and delivering integrated cloud-based solutions with modern web technologies.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance required.
• Experience in full lifecycle software development and project scheduling.
• Proven agility in Lean/Agile environments and scrums.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into design artifacts.
• Experience designing new system interfaces and SPA development.
• Hands-on RESTful services with Java/Scala/Spring ecosystem.
• Experience with non-relational databases (DynamoDB) and RDS.
• Familiarity with AWS/Azure cloud environments and security frameworks.
• Ability to create and maintain Jira tickets and manage issues.
• Experience with testing frameworks (JUnit, Jasmine) and tools (Jest/Karma).
• Experience with DevOps toolchain (Git, Jenkins, Nexus).
• Strong collaboration with security, operations, and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrated experience managing software development projects end to end.
• Estimate and manage software development schedules and deliverables.
• Participate in Lean Agile scrums, sprints and grooming sessions.
• Develop detailed software designs and associated deliverables.
• Translate customer requirements into design specifications.
• Design new system interfaces and improve existing ones.
• Coordinate meetings and reviews within the program.
• Develop SPAs using HTML5, CSS3, and Angular or similar.
• Develop applications and RESTful services with the listed tech stack.
• Work with non-relational databases and cloud services.
• Implement tests using JUnit/Jasmine and related frameworks.
• Support Jira tracking, issue resolution, and resource planning.
• Engage with end users and stakeholders to align requirements.
