Job summary

Probity is seeking a Program Manager with active Top Secret/SCI clearance with polygraph to lead an Agile software development team delivering data-search solutions across structured and unstructured data sources in AWS or Azure.

You will coordinate sprint planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery while aligning with Sponsor security and accreditation processes.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated on-the-job experience leading an Agile development team.
• Experience working with senior level customers for status updates.
• Experience using Jira for backlogs, portfolios, products, and sprints.
• Experience putting together sprint plans.
• Experience putting together weekly reports.
• Ability to monitor multiple projects and risks; communicate with customers and teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication of technical issues to varied audiences.
• Experience leading enterprise projects with cross-organizational teams using PMF and Agile PM.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with tight deadlines.
• Ability to identify risks and mitigation strategies.
• Experience managing a project through ICD-503 accreditation and ATO.
• Hold PMI PMP or PMI-ACP certifications (desired).
• Lean Agile methodology experience (desired).
• Experience with sponsor data repos, Segmentation service, SecOps Pipeline, and Jira Workflow (desired).
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to executives (desired).
• Familiarity with IC issues, policies, architectures (desired).
• Ability to build relationships among customers, stakeholders, teams (desired).
