Job summary

Probity in Chantilly, VA is seeking an experienced Agile Project Manager to lead an integrated software development team and coordinate with senior customers. You will drive sprint planning, daily standups, and weekly reporting while coordinating tests and deployments with cross-functional groups.

The role requires on-site work, Top Secret/SCI Clearance with Polygraph, and strong PMF/Lean-Agile expertise to align with Sponsor timelines and security requirements.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated on-the-job experience leading an Agile development team.
• Experience working with senior-level customers for status updates and prioritization.
• Experience running daily team scrum meetings.
• Knowledge and experience with using Jira for managing backlogs, portfolios, products, and sprints.
• Experience putting together sprint plans.
• Experience putting together weekly reports.
• Ability to determine work scope and level of effort to estimate tasks.
• Ability to monitor multiple concurrent projects and communicate risks.
• Experience coordinating test resources and deployments with other groups.
• Experience with reporting systems for production deployment approvals.
• Experience leading enterprise projects using PMF and Agile methodologies.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects, deadlines, and priorities.
• Ability to identify programmatic challenges and mitigation strategies.
• Experience managing a project through ICD-503 and ATO processes.
• Desired: fast-paced Lean Agile environment experience.
• Desired: familiarity with Sponsor IT systems and strategies.

Responsibilities
