Job summary

Probity Inc. is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to oversee end-to-end software development and enable data search across structured/unstructured datasets.

You will coordinate across teams, drive Lean-Agile scrums, and ensure timely delivery of COTS integrations and M&O for existing capabilities. You will work with cloud environments (AWS/Azure), design scalable architectures, and mentor teams in best practices for software design and testing.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated PM experience across full software lifecycle.
• Ability to estimate and manage software schedules and deliverables.
• Experience in an Agile development environment.
• Proven ability to design software deliverables.
• Translate customer and system requirements into design.
• Design new system interfaces.
• Coordinate and participate in program reviews.
• Develop SPAs using HTML5, CSS3 and Angular 21+.
• Hands-on RESTful apps using Solr, Elastic, Postgres, Java/Scala, Spring.
• Hands-on with DynamoDB or similar NoSQL.
• Troubleshoot web protocols (Tomcat, Nodejs, Web Services, SSL).
• Develop JUnit and Jasmine tests; use Jest/Karma.
• Hands-on with DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins, Nexus).
• Experience with sponsor apps: search, repository services.
• Lean Agile experience and cloud familiarity (AWS/Azure).
• Partner with stakeholders; manage JIRA tickets.
• Establish relationships among customers and teams.
• Experience with profile/alerting and discovery services.
• Pre-NLP processing and data cleaning experience.
• Federated search services across external data systems.
• Tagging and folder services for document management.
• Knowledge of sponsor IT missions and strategies.
• Effective communication with senior customers/partners.
