Job summary

SAIC is seeking a Requirements Analyst to support the SITEC program at Headquarters SOCOM, based at MacDill AFB, FL. The role focuses on eliciting, documenting, and translating stakeholder needs into actionable IT requirements for the ServiceNow platform and related IT services.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage changes, support UAT, and ensure accurate documentation while maintaining top-secret clearance requirements and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• ,Current DoW TS clearance with ability to obtain SCI access.
• Familiarity with Agile and/or Scrum methodologies.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with requirements management tools (e.g., ServiceNow) and process modeling tools (e.g., Visio) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gathers and documents requirements for new service requests.
• Translates ambiguous requests into clear requirements specifications and user stories.
• Manages and documents changes to baseline requirements.
• Acts as liaison between end-users and technical team.
• Analyzes current processes and workflows to align changes with capabilities.
• Represents the ServiceNow Platform Support Team at USSOCOM governance bodies.
• Supports UAT planning and test data preparation.
• Creates detailed UAT test cases and scripts.
• Executes UAT tests under supervision and logs defects with steps to reproduce.
• Ensures requirements capture meets stakeholder needs.
• Produces clear, accurate documentation of requirements and test results.
• Supports progress of change requests from initiation to implementation.
• Willingness to work shifts and weekends as required.
