Job summary

Associates Systems LLC is seeking a senior ServiceNow specialist to support ITSM integration and development for a DoD-related program. The role requires a DoD Secret clearance and US citizenship, with important focus on implementing ServiceNow modules and CMDB enhancements.

The candidate will collaborate with stakeholders, develop integrations with other enterprise systems, and create dashboards and data workflows. This is a remote position with quarterly travel to customer sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 7–9 years of related experience.
• US Citizen with a DoD Secret clearance.
• SNOW Certified Application Developer.
• IAT Level III Certification: CASP+, SECURITYX, CCNP Security, CISA, CISM, CISSP, GCED, GCIH.

Responsibilities

• Support for ITSM integration with ServiceNow development and implementation to meet the design specifications using best practice and out of the box functionality.
• Work with key stakeholders within the program and the ServiceNow functional analyst to ensure successful implementation and rollout and sustainment.
• Support the development of integration between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
• Support the development of complex workflows and the development of new data tables within ServiceNow to support ongoing work.
• Will generate reports and dashboards within ServiceNow and participate in peer code reviews. Familiar with CMDB and extend CMDB capabilities.
