Job summary

SAIC has an immediate opening for a Requirements Analyst to support the SITEC contract at Headquarters SOCOM on MacDill AFB, FL. The role focuses on gathering and documenting IT requirements for ServiceNow platform requests, translating ambiguous inputs into actionable specifications and supporting UAT and defect tracking.

Work involves liaison with USSOCOM components and TSOCs, change control, governance board participation, and ensuring changes align with business needs.

Qualifications

• Must have active TS security clearance; SCI access possible.
• Understanding of business processes and IT systems.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong analytical and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Elicit requirements through interviews, workshops, and surveys.
• Translate ambiguous requests into clear requirements and user stories.
• Manage and document changes through formal change control.
• Liaise between end-users and technical teams for business needs.
• Analyze current processes to align with capabilities.
• Represent ServiceNow Platform Support at USSOCOM governance bodies.
• Prepare and support UAT planning and testing; create test cases.
