Job summary

Peraton is seeking Systems Administrators to support SITEC-3 EOM at MacDill AFB, FL. The role focuses on ServiceNow administration, ITSM, CMDB, and ongoing maintenance to ensure secure, reliable operations for USSOCOM consumers and deployed forces.

Required: DoD TS/SCI clearance, ITSM/CMDB expertise, and ServiceNow proficiency. Desirable: CSA or other ServiceNow certs, ITIL knowledge, and SQL (MariaDB) experience. Target salary ranges reflect Florida locations and contract specifics.

Qualifications

• Experience with ITSM processes and CMDB administration.
• Strong documentation and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Ability to implement, test, troubleshoot, and support ServiceNow modules.

Responsibilities

• Configure, customize, and maintain the ServiceNow platform for reliability and stability.
• Support new module implementations and testing based on business needs.
• Gather and refine technical specs and workflows with IT and business stakeholders.
• Maintain ITSM processes and CMDB data accuracy; manage system upgrades and patches.
• Create documentation for configurations and processes; monitor system performance.
