Job summary

Koniag Technology Solutions, inc a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead cloud and data center engineering projects for a DoD environment in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will have a Top Secret clearance, PMP and ITIL Foundations, plus 8+ years of IT program management experience coordinating cross‑functional teams and government stakeholders.

You will manage lifecycle activities and communicate through regular reports while overseeing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of IT experience leading cloud & data center projects.
• Experience managing subcontractors and cross-functional delivery teams.
• Active DoD Top Secret Clearance and U.S. Citizenship required.
• PMP Certification required.
• ITIL Foundations Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Manage project lifecycle activities per DOS PM policies; plan, execute and close phases.
• Coordinate integration of project plans and service delivery models.
• Oversee projects using technologies like Azure, VMware, vSAN, Power BI, Windows AD.
• Schedule, staff, and track progress to meet contract deliverables.
• Develop comprehensive PM plans with milestones, resources, risk, and security management.
• Produce weekly Project Level Weekly Status Reports (PLWSR) and monthly reports.
• Facilitate communications with government and contract leadership via meetings and reports.
• Oversee Quality Control Plan, service levels, and corrective actions; staff decisions.
