Job summary

Koniag Technology Solutions, Inc., a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Technical Program Manager with a Secret security clearance to support our government customer in Washington, DC. This onsite role has potential for hybrid work and focuses on large, cloud-based programs across Azure, AWS, and GCP.

The successful candidate will lead cross-functional teams, manage complex programs, and ensure governance, risk, and compliance across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• Experience managing large-scale technical programs (5+ years).
• Active Secret clearance or higher (Top Secret preferred).
• Led programs involving multi-cloud environments (Azure/AWS/GCP).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program management for large, complex cloud-based programs across Azure, AWS, and/or GCP.
• Define program scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and budgets with stakeholders and teams.
• Develop and maintain program plans, schedules, risk registers, and status reports.
• Serve as primary contact and escalation point for program issues, risks, and decisions.
• Coordinate across cross-functional teams including engineers, architects, security, and business stakeholders.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and program increment planning.
• Monitor program health and KPIs, mitigate risks and blockers.
• Communicate status and outcomes to executives and government stakeholders.
• Drive cloud adoption, migration, and modernization per requirements.
• Collaborate with cloud architects to align solutions with objectives and compliance.
• Manage vendor and subcontractor relationships as needed.
• Ensure adherence to policies and compliance throughout lifecycle.
