Koniag Technology Solutions, Inc a Koniag Government Services company is seeking an Engineering Manager with a Secret security clearance to support KTS and our government customer in Washington, DC. The role focuses on hybrid cloud architecture, data center operations, and delivering secure, scalable IT infrastructure across federal environments.

You will lead DevSecOps teams, implement IaC, manage contract performance, and ensure compliance with NIST, FISMA, and FedRAMP while mentoring

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of professional IT engineering and infrastructure management.
• U.S. Citizen with active Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing design and build engineering activities across hybrid cloud environments and multi-cloud architectures (Azure, AWS).
• Leading IaC, automation workflows, and CI/CD pipeline oversight.
• Communicating with government and contract leadership via briefings and MS Teams/SharePoint.
• Managing the Quality Control Plan, service levels, and roadmaps for continuous improvements.
• Ensuring compliance with federal security mandates (NIST, FISMA, FedRAMP).
• Leading hiring processes to build high-performing engineering teams in Agile/DevSecOps.
