Northrop Grumman is seeking a Manager Industrial Security 3 to lead a team of CSSOs supporting AMC Programs. You will develop and administer security programs for classified material, coordinate with internal and external customers, and ensure compliance with DoD 5205.07 and ICDs.

Strong leadership and mentoring for staff are essential as is travel up to CONUS 25%. Key responsibilities include overseeing staff, improving security processes, and preparing manuals and training.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance or eligibility and SAP access.
• 8+ years CSSO/Industrial Security experience with a Bachelor’s; or 6+ years with a Master’s.
• Experience with DoD 5205.07 and ICD 705 Tech Specs.
• Experience using DISS and mentoring junior staff.
• Willing to travel CONUS up to 25%.
