Job summary

Northrop Grumman seeks a Manager Industrial Security 3 to lead a CSSO team supporting Advanced Mission Capabilities. You will develop and administer security programs for classified materials, and liaise with customers on sensitive programs.

The role requires Top Secret clearance, DoD 5205.07/ICD 705 experience, and travel up to 25%. The Senior Manager will mentor staff and help grow the security team within the AMC Business Unit.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance with ability to meet enhanced requirements and SAP eligibility.
• 6–8+ years CSSO/Industrial Security or equivalent with degree; or 6+ years with a Master’s degree.
• Experience with DoD 5205.07 and ICD 705 tech specs.
• Experience using DISS.
• Strong mentoring and training abilities.
• Willingness to travel CONUS up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage and supervise a team of CSSOs for fast-paced, high-profile programs.
• Develop, administer, and maintain security programs for classified materials and procedures.
• Coordinate with internal/external customers and support new business pursuits and solicitations.
• Provide tailored mentoring and training to personnel; support staffing initiatives.
