Job summary

Northrop Grumman Mission Systems seeks a Manager Industrial Security 2 to lead CSSO teams and support Emergency Capabilities Development. You will oversee security programs for classified materials and coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure compliance with DoD regulations.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance or higher is required.
• Experience with DoD security regulations and federal compliance.
• Previous leadership roles in CSSO/Industrial Security.
• Experience mentoring junior staff and managing teams.

• Develop and administer security programs for classified materials.
• Support staffing initiatives and provide training to personnel.
• Travel CONUS up to 25%.
