Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance.

• 8+ years CSSO/security experience with Bachelor’s; 6+ years with Master’s; 4 years can substitute for Bachelor’s.
• Experience with DODM 5205.07 and ICD 705 Tech Specs.
• Experience utilizing DISS.
• Experience mentoring junior personnel.
• Ability to travel CONUS up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage and supervise a team of CSSOs.
• Develop and administer security programs and procedures for classified materials.
• Support staffing initiatives and provide mentoring to personnel.
• Assist with new business pursuits and classified solicitation activities.
