Job summary

Northrop Grumman Mission Systems seeks a Manager Industrial Security 2 to lead a CSSO team on a fast-paced, high‑profile program portfolio in support of AMC. You will develop and administer security programs for classified materials, supervise personnel, and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure regulatory compliance.

The role requires experience with DoD 5205.07 SAP, ICD 705/704, JM and RMF, and the ability to mentor junior personnel in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance with SAP eligibility.
• 8+ years CSSO/Industrial Security experience with a Bachelor's.
• Familiarity with DoD 5205.07 and ICD 705/704.
• Experience with RMF, JSIG, and NISPOM sponsor procedures.
• Mentoring and training junior personnel.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage and supervise a team of CSSOs on fast-paced programs.
• Develop and administer security programs for classified or proprietary materials.
• Support staffing initiatives and provide mentoring to personnel.
• Coordinate with internal and external customers and stakeholders.
