Northrop Grumman is seeking a Manager Industrial Security 2 to support Emergency Capabilities Development. The role requires leading CSSOs, developing security programs for classified materials, and ensuring compliance with DoD and government standards.

It involves mentoring staff, coordinating new business pursuits, and fostering strong relationships with customers. Qualified candidates will have a Top Secret clearance, extensive CSSO experience, and the ability to travel CONUS up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance or eligibility for SAP access.
• 6+ years CSSO/Industrial Security experience; 8+ years with Bachelor's, or 6+ years with Master's.
• Experience with DoD 5205.07 and ICD 705 technical specs.
• Experience using DISS.
• Ability to travel CONUS up to 25%.
• Strong mentoring and training skills.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage and supervise a team of CSSOs for fast-paced programs.
• Develop and administer security programs for classified materials and records.
• Support staffing initiatives to grow and synergize the team.
• Provide tailored mentoring and training to personnel as needed.

• Conduct security education and briefings; investigate violations and prepare reports.
