Job summary

Northrop Grumman Corp. in Maryland seeks a Manager Industrial Security 2 to lead a CSSO team supporting AMC programs with classified requirements. You will supervise staff, implement security programs, and coordinate with customers.

The role requires an active Top Secret clearance, DoD 5205.07/ICD 705 knowledge, and strong leadership and communication skills to ensure program success and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of CSSO, Industrial Security or relevant experience with Bachelor's degree, or 6+ years with Master's; additional 4 years may substitute for Bachelor's.
• Active Top Secret clearance with SAP eligibility and access.
• Experience with DODM 5205.07 and ICD 705; knowledge of DoD security programs.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage and supervise a team of CSSOs for fast-paced, high-profile programs.
• Develop and administer security programs for classified materials and equipment.
• Mentor and train personnel; support staffing initiatives and performance monitoring.
