Northrop Grumman is seeking a Manager Industrial Security 3 to oversee CSSOs and manage comprehensive security programs for AMC programs. The role requires leading a team, ensuring compliance with DoD and NISPOM guidelines, and supporting staffing initiatives while maintaining key customer relationships.

The position demands an active Top Secret clearance, experience with SAP and various DoD security standards, and willingness to travel CONUS up to 25%.

Competenze

• 8+ years of CSSO/Industrial Security experience or equivalent across DoD programs.
• Active Top Secret clearance with ability to obtain SAP eligibility.
• Experience with DoD 5205.07 SAP, ICD 705, JSIG RMF, and NISPOM sponsor procedures.

Mansioni

• Directly manage and supervise a team of CSSOs for fast-paced programs.
• Develop and administer security programs for classified materials and records.
• Lead staffing initiatives and mentor junior and mid-level personnel.
• Prepare manuals, procedures, and training to ensure regulatory compliance.
