Job summary

People Technology And Processes is seeking a Property / Logistics Coordinator in the Norfolk area to manage DPAS records for thousands of assets and ensure proper tagging, documentation, and timely data entry.

You will oversee asset lifecycles, conduct inventories, coordinate secure NCR transport, and prepare required documentation for DRMO processing—all while maintaining chain-of-custody records for inspections and audits.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in DoD property accountability, logistics, or warehouse ops.
• Experience with DPAS data entry and asset lifecycle management.
• Familiar with DoD procedures and audit readiness best practices.

Responsibilities

• Maintain DPAS records for 6,000+ assets, including tags and documentation.
• Track assets from receipt to disposition, note transfers and repairs.
• Conduct physical inventories and reconcile discrepancies, support FLIPL.
• Coordinate secure movement of IT equipment using cleared drivers.
• Prepare ETIDs and official forms for DRMO processing and disposal.
• Manage storage areas, ensure segregation of classified/unclassified assets.
