Job summary

People, Technology & Processes, LLC invites applications for a Junior Level Property Management Logistician to support NSWC N41 Property Branch. You will assist in inventory planning, asset identification, and process documentation for compliance with DoD/Navy policies.

The role involves data extraction from APSR, DPAS, and related systems, plus training personnel in APSR usage. Location is Coronado, CA with responsibilities spanning asset accountability, SOP creation, and local program

Qualifications

Two (2) years’ experience providing logistics support to users of major government systems and/or logistics operations.
One (1) year experience with APSR peripheral equipment or similar AIT equipment.
One (1) year experience with WebFLIS, SOCM, EMI, FED LOG and related government logistics tools.
One (1) year experience with DPAS WM and DPAS PA functions.

Responsibilities

Assist with inventory planning (monthly, quarterly, yearly, and spot) as directed by NSWC N41 Command Property Branch.
Collaborate with N4 Command Property Branch to identify assets meeting Accountable Property criteria.
Define and document property management processes and audit requirements for DoD/Navy/NSWC standards.
Assist in deployment of APSR and transition of data into/from NSWC IT systems (FleetFocus, COLTS, DPAS).
Provide training on APSR usage including posting transactions and generating reports.
