People, Technology & Processes, LLC in the United States Hawaii region seeks an entry- to mid-level Property Management Logisticians to support NSWC N41 property accountability programs. The role requires coordinating APSR, DPAS, and legacy systems, delivering data extractions and reports in Excel and Power BI to inform asset management decisions.

Formación

• Two (2) years’ experience providing logistics support to users of major government systems and/or logistics operations.
• One (1) year experience with APSR peripheral equipment (HHTs, scanners, signature pads, label printers) or similar AIT.
• One (1) year experience with WebFLIS, SOCOM Catalog (SOCM), EMI, and FED LOG.
• One (1) year experience executing requisitions and troubleshooting within government logistics IT systems (MFP-2/MFP-11).
• One (1) year experience managing accountability of OM&S, resale inventory, and spare/repair parts.
• One (1) year experience with GE accountability.
• One (1) year experience using DPAS to support data calls and dashboards.
• One (1) year experience with DPAS WM and DPAS PA functionalities and training.
• One (1) year experience complying with CNSWC/C SOCOM guidance (1F, 5200.45, 700-2/700-3).

Responsabilidades

• Assist Accountable Property Officers in establishing inventory plans and executing cycles per DoD guidance.
• Collaborate with command Property and N4 Property to identify assets meeting criteria.
• Define and document property management processes and audit requirements.
• Assist in implementing Force-wide property policies and local SOPs for NSWC compliance.
• Provide SME on APSR/DPAS; help extract data and produce editable formats (Excel, Word, Power BI).
• Verify transactions in APSR (DPAS-PA, DPAS-WM, DPAS-WMA, DPAS-ICP) including receipt, stowage, and disposals.
• Support transition of data between APSR and NSWC IT systems (FleetFocus, COLTS, DPAS).
• Plan storage location identification/layout and item marking with barcodes.
• Conduct OJT training sessions on APSR usage for operators and custodians.
